Must haves

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing role(s)
  • 2+ years of experience in people management
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation/development
  • Project Management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, accept and apply coaching
  • Detail-oriented and interested in the business and in doing research work
  • Comfortable multitasking
  • Metrics-driven and goal-oriented
  • Excellent follow-up and strong time management/project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

As a plus

  • Experience with managing social media — LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
  • CRM experience — preferably Hubspot
  • Existing network of marketing items vendors and past execution of swag and other marketing branded materials
  • Experience working on delivering marketing videos through external partners
  • Experience in people management

Key responsibilities

  • Executing on the strategy for lead development outreach through selected tools, monitoring and tracking the data and sharing reports
  • Managing the timing and coordination for all plans and internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing execution of podcast
  • PR plan and execution for the US, Poland, Romania, and Ukrainian markets.
  • Management of design asset planning and execution while working with the Design team
  • Ownership of the sales and marketing tools and evaluation of new and existing tools and contract negotiations
  • Contributing to the marketing strategy with ideas and suggestions and helping shape it
  • Owning social profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn) and actively contributing to ideas and executing on a monthly plan
  • Capturing “marketing-generated leads” and setting up workflows to get them into the right stage of the funnel
  • Ongoing competitive analysis of what our competitors are doing and what great looks like
  • Swag and branded items execution. Managing a plan and executing including project management of tasks, working with multiple internal stakeholders and managing external vendors
  • Responsible for executing on Content Marketing strategy
  • Events management for internal events and potential future client events
