As a HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various HR processes and implementing HR initiatives that align with Transcenda's goals. You will also ensure compliance with legal requirements, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Must haves

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven experience with HR metrics.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to be creative and find solutions.
  • Excellent follow-up and strong time management/project management skills.

As a plus

  • Previous experience working with a rapidly scaling company of 200-500 people.
  • Experience in Software Consulting / Outsourcing type of companies.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and execution of the employee experience plan.
  • Implement HR initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Own onboarding & adaptation, performance development, and offboarding processes.
  • Execute on employee engagement initiatives including team building, gifting program, swag, and corporate activities.
  • Develop, update, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate benefits package.
  • Hold regular communication with the team members.
  • Administrate HR management system.
  • Manage internal communications.
  • Support team members in their requests.
  • Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture.
