Must haves
- 1+ years of HR experience.
- Experience in IT outsourcing.
- Strong written and verbal command of English (B2).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Attention to detail, operations smart attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
As a plus
- Experience with HR software.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and execution of the employee experience plan.
- Implement HR initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Own onboarding & adaptation, performance development, and offboarding processes.
- Execute on employee engagement initiatives including team building, gifting program, swag, and corporate activities.
- Develop, update, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate benefits package.
- Hold regular communication with the team members.
- Administrate HR management system.
- Manage internal communications.
- Support team members in their requests.
- Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture.
