Lead Generation Specialist



As a Lead Generation Specialist at Transcenda, your primary mission will be to drive our growth by generating qualified leads that will convert into business opportunities. You’ll leverage various channels and strategies to identify, engage, and nurture prospects, helping to fill our sales pipeline with opportunities that fuel our growth.

Must haves

  • Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation.
  • Knowledge of effective lead-generation techniques and strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytical research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with research and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedHelper2, Expandi, Apollo or similar ones).
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

As a plus

  • Ability to craft strong message sequences

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new leads using email prospecting tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo, and other sales tools.
  • Actively source and identify potential clients through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective lead-generation strategies.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of lead-generation strategies, providing regular reports to the marketing team.
