Must haves
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js and frontend technologies.
- Previous experience in a lead or mentorship role is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and extensive experience with modern frameworks like React.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural team.
- Upper-intermediate or above English proficiency for effective communication within the team.
As a plus
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices for efficient deployment and scaling of the WEB apps.
- Experience in planning and architecture of systems to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Experience with Material UI for creating visually appealing and maintainable user interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Drive all the engineering from concept to production.
- Contribute to software architecture and key technical decisions.
- Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend code for improved user experience.
