Must haves
- A full-stack mindset to work across the front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.
- Strong experience with Ruby, and Ruby on Rails framework.
- Familiarity with MVC, ORM, and design of RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with RSpec and Rescue.
- Strong communication skills and product focus.
As a plus
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, setting up infrastructure.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Prior experience in building software products with the Shape Up method.
Key responsibilities

- Design, and build usable, robust, and reliable Web apps.
- Designing APIs and building integrations with other in-house software products.
