We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team and help build and scale AI and agent platforms.
Must Haves:
- Proven hands-on experience building AI platforms or agent platforms.
- Experience working with agent infrastructure, including configuration, guardrails, and operational controls.
- Ideally with experience implementing cost monitoring, performance measurement, and operational observability for AI systems.
- Ability to step into an existing platform effort and contribute with minimal ramp-up.
- 5–6 years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, or ML Engineering roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, Scikit-learn, Keras etc.) and SQL.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code for AI model development and integration.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficient with Git for version control and collaborative development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and evolve AI and agent platform infrastructure.
- Implement and manage agent configuration, guardrails, and governance mechanisms.
- Build systems for monitoring cost, performance, and operational metrics of AI agents.
- Contribute to platform architecture that supports scalable agent-based solutions.
- Work within a fast-moving roadmap with limited resources, delivering practical platform capabilities.
