Must haves
- 5+ years overall experience
- Attention to details and ability to debug complex issues
- Knowledge of Python and Playwright (3+ years)
- Experience with Pytest framework
- Good understanding of POM
- Experience with manual API Testing (Insomnia is a plus) / automation (Robot)
- Experience with data validation/schema checking
- Expert with JIRA/Confluence
- Upper-intermediate or advanced English, daily communication with US-team members
Nice to have
- Experience with R Studio and R language
- AWS Athena and Snowflake
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Key responsibilities
- Variety of manual and automation testing tasks for new and existing features.
- Understand project requirements and technical specifications; provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Preparing testing documentation.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for new and existing features.
- Define and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Plan, estimate, and prioritize testing tasks as part of the agile process.
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution; ensure fixes are successfully implemented.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and architects to define system requirements and improve testability.
- Contribute to test architecture decisions and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, such as defect rates and test coverage.
- Stay informed of the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Ensure a strong quality focus from concept to delivery.
