Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery & Team Operations Support
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of team members across multiple accounts
- Maintain and organize delivery-related assets, including hardware, licenses, access rights, and documentation
- Support account-related travel and logistics when required
- Collect, structure, and summarize feedback from engineers and clients (surveys, inputs, reports)
2. Contract & Administrative Coordination
- Support coordination of Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and renewals
- Collaborate with procurement and internal stakeholders to ensure contracts remain aligned with team and scope changes
- Maintain resource allocation data and support billing and utilization tracking
- Ensure all documentation and records are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
3. Collaboration with Internal Support Functions
- Act as a coordination point between delivery teams and resourcing, finance, and administrative functions
- Proactively identify and flag risks, changes, or inconsistencies related to team setup, contracts, or timelines
- Partner closely with Delivery Managers to absorb operational complexity and keep delivery teams focused and aligned
4. PMO & Process Enablement
- Maintain and continuously improve PMO assets such as templates, trackers, and Confluence spaces
- Support preparation and facilitation of Delivery Manager and Project Manager community meetings, surveys, and materials
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery operations, not just execution of existing processes
