We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer with hands-on experience in software testing and team leadership.
Our client is a US based company, a recognized leader in the healthcare domain offering Saas-based solutions. The product portfolio addresses the all the digital needs around running clinical trials.
The project is a next-generation data management and quality platform that enables seamless access to integrated data from clinical trials. The products we work on streamline data aggregation, standardization, and management workflows - reducing burden, accelerating review timelines, increasing data quality, mitigating risk, and ultimately improving patient safety.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product quality including functional and automation testing for Sync team (ingestion platform)
- Build and maintain automated tests for data pipeline workflows
- Work with AI-based testing agents to generate and automate tests
- Help implement existing AI test agents into the Sync repository
- Collaborate with engineers and testers across the team
Must haves
- 7+ years of professional experience in software testing.
- Demonstrated experience as a team/technical lead
- Strong functional testing experience
- Previous experience owning product quality as a whole
- Strong backend testing experience
- Experience testing data platforms
- Python required; Robot Framework preferred
- Experience with test automation
- Strong SQL skills

- Interest in or experience with AI-assisted testing / AI agents
