B2B Marketing Specialist / Manager



As a B2B Marketing Expert / Manager at Transcenda, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the B2B landscape to develop and manage innovative marketing campaigns that crack the code to reach key decision-makers in our target markets, drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and propel our business forward. You'll continually refine our marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with Transcenda's objectives and enhancing our market presence.

Must haves

  • 3+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in Tech companies (preferably Engineering & Design services).
  • Proven track record of lead generation with the use of LinkedIn ads, Google ads, webinars (experience with organizing webinars) as well as other lead magnets and initiatives or activities.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform, marketing automation and lead nurturing.
  • Passion for marketing aimed at driving client acquisition.
  • Fluent English language.

Key responsibilities

  • Planning, creating, execution and reporting of lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ideation and creation of landing pages, lead magnets, case studies, videos and other assets for use in campaigns (in collaboration with the team and external vendors for design and copywriting of longer forms).
  • Organization of webinars with the company's subject matter experts with the aim of lead generation.
  • Development and management of the lead generation and nurturing processes.
  • Organization of events in cooperation with external vendors.
  • Tracking the performance of implemented campaigns and other marketing activities, optimization, proposing improvements.
