Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical contributions by writing code and solving complex engineering challenges alongside the team.
- Lead software architecture design and make system-wide technical decision.
- Decompose complex product requirements into technical work breakdown structure.
- Partner with product leadership to define, refine, and execute the technical strategy.
- Act as a technical coach, promoting adherence to best engineering practices through code reviews and system optimization.
- Ensure a strong, practical understanding of product design, technologies, and architecture across the company products.
- Identify technical risks and actively implement robust mitigation strategies.
- Lead the test automation strategy and provide hands-on architectural guidance for AQA engineers.
- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders to align geographically distributed teams.

Experience & Required Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on software and data engineering experience, alongside 2+ years in engineering leadership, maintaining high technical involvement.
- Proven expertise in large-scale distributed systems design and data architecture.
- C# .NET / MS SQL Server experience for enterprise-scale applications.
- Deep experience with data architecture and complex data platform engineering.
- Apache Flink (transformation), Apache Iceberg (storage), and Snowflake (representation layer) experience is a big plus.
- DevOps practices, PowerShell automation, and experience with AWS-based deployments.
- Proven ability to lead technical execution across remote teams and multiple departments.
- Experience in building and enforcing software engineering and QA processes.
