Must haves
- 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails for building and maintaining applications.
- Strong experience in React.
- Upper-intermediate+ English and the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
As a plus
- Experience with MiniTest and Slim.
- Experience with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
- Experience with Storybook.
Key responsibilities
- Building a new product that help clinicians and study builders to setup and execute clinical trials.
- Applying data-driven design decisions by leveraging inputs from end users, subject matter experts as well as machine learning engines that analyze tons of data and deliver valuable insights.
- Working closely with the customer design and development teams to create great user experiences throughtout the platform
