As a Staff AI Engineer, you will design and build the Platform for the AI Agent within the ecosystem of fintech software products.
You will collaborate closely with engineering teams across the organization to build the APIs and integrations with their own applications to all the generative AI capabilities for their apps.
Must Haves:
- Strong experience delivering scalable AI systems for large data and user volumes, including chunking, embedding, and model selection, agentic pipelines (LangChain/LangGraph), and access-controlled data handling.
- Strong experience with AWS Bedrock
- Practical experience prompts engineering, validating outputs, established testing or guardrail frameworks.
- Strong Python skills, experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with training your own ML model and experience with SageMaker will be a big plus.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization using Docker, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-a-Code principles.
- Experience with AWS services, like EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, ELB
- Proficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI.
- Good with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and CoPilot for the applications.
- Build and help integrate the RESTful APIs to enable communication between AI systems and other business applications.
- Create automation scripts and tools for data processing, deployment, and workflow orchestration of the LLM-based solutions.
- Work closely with data scientists, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to define the requirements and iterate through the solution design ideas.
