Must Have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and extensive experience building complex web applications with React.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive mindset: able to propose new ideas, contribute to creative problem-solving, and drive innovative features.
- Upper-intermediate+ level of English.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AWS.
- Experience with TDD and automation QA.
Key Responsabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications, including backend services, APIs, and user-facing web interfaces.
- Develop backend systems using Ruby on Rails; build responsive user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Ensure high performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across the entire application stack.
- Collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture and technical design across backend and frontend.
- Continuously improving development processes, system performance, and developer experience across the stack.
