Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Strong full-stack engineering background
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience working with React.js
- Experience with at least one additional back-end language such Python or Go
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Experience working with Kubernetes
- Experience collaborating with DevOps teams in cloud-based environments
- Ability to work in a high-load, scalable system environment
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance a new product that helps clinicians and study builders set up and execute clinical trials
- Develop scalable full-stack solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Collaborate closely with customer design and development teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences across the platform
- Apply data-driven design decisions based on inputs from end users, subject matter experts, and machine learning-driven insights
- Participate in architecture and technical decision-making for a high-load distributed system
- Work closely with the DevOps team to support infrastructure scalability, monitoring, and reliability
