Must have
- Strong proficiency in modern WEB stack based on Go.
- Experience delivering a public API, REST API, Open API specs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive mindset: able to propose new ideas, contribute to creative problem-solving, and drive innovative features.
- Proven ability to balance technical expertise with interpersonal skills. Success in this role requires more than coding; it requires strong teamwork, adaptability, and initiative.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English and the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
Key responsibilities
- Owning the end-to-end user experience of the platform, ensuring reliability and performance meet user expectations.
- Making technical decisions and tradeoffs to reduce operational overhead and improve system stability.
- Implementing observability solutions to increase visibility into system behavior and user experience.
- Maintaining and enhancing product capabilities.
