Must Haves:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript
- Extensive experience building complex web applications with React.js
- Experience is writing unit tests.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively accross teams.

- Proven ability to balance technical expertise with interpersonal skills. Success in this role requires more than coding; it requires strong teamwork, adaptability, and initiative.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience with Dart.
- Experience migrating complex code bases.
