We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of third-party system integrations across various platforms and services. You’ll play a key part in setting up and maintaining connector systems, ensuring seamless data flow, and supporting security and compliance best practices. If you enjoy working with APIs, system configuration, and solving cross-platform challenges — this could be your perfect next step.
Must haves:
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs and various authentication methods
- Knowledge of third-party business systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, Anaplan)
- Solid understanding of data privacy and security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for cross-system issues
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with manual testing strategies
Nice to have:
- Experience with automated testing
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools, low-code platforms, or workflow orchestration technologies
- Experience in technical support or supporting enterprise integration tools
- Background working in compliance-oriented environments
- Prior exposure to integration testing and connector validation frameworks
- Technical aptitude in programming languages such as Java and Go
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, configure, and authenticate systems used in third-party integrations
- Manage credentials, access, and security settings for external services
- Maintain accurate configurations and support documentation for all integrations
- Monitor system performance and proactively adjust for updates, deprecations, or outages
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define integration requirements
- Execute integration test plans to validate functionality and data flow
- Support escalated integration issues and deliver timely resolutions
- Apply patches, updates, and configurations in alignment with internal compliance and security standards
- Maintain and improve internal knowledge bases and technical guides
