Technical Leadership

Own your future

Transcenda is a US-headquartered product development company with 250+ team members across the US, Europe, and LATAM. We partner with FORTUNE® 500 companies and high-growth startups to build software products from strategy and design through engineering and launch.

Our client is a global SaaS company providing a cloud-based data platform that connects data, automates reporting, and supports finance, risk, and compliance workflows for a large enterprise customer base, including 85% of FORTUNE® 500 companies.

The project focuses on building an experimental framework within an existing enterprise product, allowing selected customers to test early AI-related functionality before broader release. This role requires a hands-on Technical Product Manager who can use AI tools to quickly prototype product ideas, understand existing workflows, and shape how experimental features are enabled, validated, and improved through customer feedback.

Must haves

  • Product Management experience with customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products.
  • Strong technical product sense and ability to work closely with engineering.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools for product work, especially prototyping, discovery, design, or codebase/product understanding.
  • Ability to create quick prototypes or working concepts instead of only writing requirements.
  • Experience working with ambiguous, early-stage, or experimental product initiatives.
  • Ability to understand existing product workflows and identify where new functionality can be introduced.
  • Experience translating customer/stakeholder feedback into product direction and priorities.

As a plus

  • Background building AI-driven features or embedding LLM functionality into existing product workflows.
  • Previous ownership of beta, alpha, early-access, customer lab, or product experimentation programs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and complex customer workflows.
  • Exposure to data-heavy products, reporting workflows, governance, risk, compliance, financial reporting, or sustainability reporting.
  • Hands-on use of tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Replit, or similar AI-assisted prototyping/development tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Use AI-assisted tools to quickly create prototypes, product concepts, and workflow explorations.
  • Understand existing product workflows and identify where experimental AI functionality can be introduced.
  • Define how selected customers will access, test, and provide feedback on early product functionality.
  • Partner closely with engineering to shape feasible, iterative product solutions.
  • Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • Support the rollout of pre-release or early-alpha features to customers willing to test experimental functionality.
  • Work in a fast-moving environment where prototypes, feedback, and iteration are preferred over heavy upfront documentation.
