The Senior Technical Project Manager will work across the portfolio with Product Managers, functional partners and management to ensure standardised processes are established across the software development lifecycle and release management to lead the development of high-quality, high-value software products within an Agile environment.

Must haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Acute attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to guide teams and coordinate complex initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of project and program management methodologies and best practices.
  • Solid technical foundation, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, business analysis, or quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — able to evaluate processes, identify issues and trends, and develop effective strategies.
  • Practical experience in risk and dependency management within multi-stream or cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated success in building Agile practices and instilling an Agile mindset across distributed delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Confident in executive-level communication, including reporting, negotiation, and strategic alignment.
  • Skilled in navigating difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy, maintaining trust across all stakeholder levels.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to lead business communication effectively.

  • Facilitate smart decisions – Enable effective decision-making and consensus-building within the team and across dependencies.
  • Drive delivery excellence – Oversee end-to-end project execution, from initial scoping to final product release, ensuring quality and speed.
  • Build trust, not hierarchy – Champion a culture of curiosity, accountability, and trust-based conflict resolution.
  • Report with clarity – Prepare clear performance reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
