We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our international team and lead the recruitment of senior-level and executive-level talent. In this role, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging top candidates who align with our company’s vision and values. Success in this role requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of executive search.
Must Haves:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or international environments.
- Fluent English (Advanced level) – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills – detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
- Proven experience hiring for leadership roles, both technical and non-technical.
- Metrics-driven and goal-oriented.
- Collaborative team player – positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for hiring top talent.
Nice to have:
- Experience in hiring high volume for software engineering in rapidly growing tech scale-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in executive search, identifying and attracting top talent.
- Conduct market mapping to identify strong candidates in target industries and companies.
- Source candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Provide reports and meaningful insights on recruitment activities.
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to drive hiring success.
- Ensure a fair and consistent hiring process for all candidates.
